Delivery

Options to select the method of delivery (shipping) are presented to you during the check out process. All delivery charges are calculated, based on weight and destination.
In some circumstances, packaging may result in an unusually large consignment which may result in additional delivery charges. In these instances, you will be notified prior to the order being completed and delivered to you.
The majority of products are delivered next day for UK mainland. Options for shipping to coutries outside of the UK are provided where possible.

International

ProMAX Motorsport frequently sends consignments internationally. Becuase of the variance and considerable options for International delivery methods, most International delivery charges are quoted after receipt of your order.
At checkout, you may be advised that shipping will be notified separately. In some cases you may have options and can then decide the most effective carrier for your needs. We will notify you by phone or email prior to completing your order.
In all cases where a shipping or delivery charge is quoted separately, it will be based on weight or volume. Larger and more valuable items must be insured for international shipping and there may be some restrictions in respect of size, weight and destination.
In all cases we aim to ship your item to your designated country as safely, quickly and as cost effectively as possible using quality carriers such as UPS, Federal Express, TNT and DHL.

1 Year return to seller (unless specified otherwise).
14 day money back guarantee on products where specified (including ProMAX Performance Chips).
If a product proves unsuitable for your car, you will be refunded the full purchase value (subject to the item being returned in it's original undamaged condition).

Returns

Returns All returns must be authorised. Please obtain an RMA number prior to returning any goods.
Correctly supplied items that are returned will be subject to a 20% (of purchase price) restocking fee.
